The founding pilot is an evaluation program, not a guarantee of acceptance, availability, revenue improvement or future service. Applying does not create a paid subscription.

Authorization and scope

Before testing begins, the participating business and GhostShop AI will agree on the websites, public customer journeys, scenarios and limits that may be tested. Participants confirm they are authorized to permit testing of the listed business properties.

Test limitations

Findings reflect the observed experience at the time of testing. Recommendations are informational and should be reviewed by the business before implementation. GhostShop AI will avoid completed bookings, purchases and sensitive-data submissions unless separately agreed in writing.

Feedback

Pilot participants may provide product feedback. Testimonials, business names and identifiable results will not be published without separate permission.
